9v9 Positional Training
Two teams each with a goalkeeper One team is a 1-4-3-1 ( blue ) Other team is a 1-2-5-1 ( red stripe )
The blue team must play inside the cones when they have the ball .
The red striped team is allowed to have their 7 & 11 in the channels .
Those players must stay outside in the channels . Once the ball is in the channel the 2 & 3 from the blue team can go in and defend .
Variation : Allow the 7 & 11 from the red striped team to dribble inside .

Two teams each with a goalkeeper Same setup as previous activity
The blue team gets an extra point or wins the game instantly if the 9 is involved in the goal . The red striped team gets an extra point if they change the point of attack that results in a goal .
